Refund Policy

Understand subscription cancellations, refund requests and the separate rules for customer appointments.

Free Forever

The Free Forever plan has no subscription payment to refund. It does not automatically convert into a paid trial. You choose a paid plan only through a separate checkout when that option is available.

Paid AppointSurge subscriptions

Paddle is the merchant of record for paid AppointSurge software subscriptions and handles their payment, buyer receipt and refund processing. A monthly or annual subscription renews unless cancelled. You can stop future renewal through workspace billing, the management link in your Paddle receipt, or Paddle's buyer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops the next renewal; it does not automatically reverse a previous payment.

To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle's buyer support. You may also email billing@appointsurge.com for help identifying the transaction. Eligibility and timing are considered under Paddle's Refund Policy and its Buyer Terms. A request is assessed on its facts; neither cancellation nor a support email guarantees a refund.

Your statutory rights

This page and Paddle's policies do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Depending on the buyer, transaction and applicable law, UK withdrawal or subscription-cancellation rights and Australian Consumer Law guarantees may provide a remedy beyond a standard policy. If you believe those rights apply, tell Paddle when requesting a refund and contact us if the software itself has failed. We will work with Paddle on the relevant facts; a qualifying legal right is not excluded by a general “no refunds” statement.

Customer appointment payments

A customer booking a haircut, class or other service pays the service business, either at the venue or through that business's own eligible online payment account. Those payments are separate from Paddle SaaS subscriptions. The service business decides its booking policy and handles appointment refund requests, subject to applicable law. AppointSurge does not automatically issue a refund when an appointment is cancelled. Use the business's contact details on the booking page or booking confirmation for help.

Before you pay

Review the current pricing page, billing interval and final tax shown at checkout. If paid checkout is unavailable, no AppointSurge subscription purchase is taking place.
